Frequency controller for electromagnetic feeder up to 15 A, perfect to avoid mechanical tuning and possibility to have amplitude sensor.

General Details

Microprocessor digital professional controller with visualized frequency and amplitude – Delay 20 sec max On/Off vibrator with sensor PNP or relay contact – Automatic input 0/10V or 4/20mA – Status relay – 2° PNP sensor – EV air blow – Alarm absence pieces.

General Characteristics

  • Supply Voltage 230V, 50/60 Hz (115V upon request)
  • Enable input ON/OFF (contact with out voltage or 24Vdc)
  • Start ramp (0 ÷ 5 sec.)
  • Digital Regulation amplitude/frequency min/max (5-140Hz)
  • Line IN and Vibrator OUT  with connector
  • Alarm absence pieces (0 ÷ 240 sec.)
  • OUT lamp alarm (24Vdc)
  • Logic working : Standard and Twin Tracks with 2 output E.V.
  • FQ1NDIG can work with a SIND3 amplitude-sensor in order to compensate the vibrator’s load changes or the supply voltage.

Options

  • Personalized label

Applications

Digital regulation of linear and bowl feeder till 10/12/15 Amps – The FQ1NDIG allows optimizing operation of the vibratory feeder by searching for its resonance frequency (max performance) thereby eliminating its lengthy and difficult mechanical calibration – Qualification input for multiple electromagnetic system (linear – bowl feeder – hopper).
